Introduction
By inviting the publicly-hosted instance of Minecord to your Discord server or sending commands to the bot, you agree that you acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service. If you you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from accessing the bot.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the bot in a manner that:
- Violates the Discord Terms of Service
- Violates any applicable regional, national, or international law or regulation
- Exposes minors to harmful material in any way, such as by knowingly looking up indecent Minecraft skins or Minecraft server listings in public, non-age-restricted channels
- Is any form of spam or unwelcome message towards another user or external service
- Interferes with the normal functionality of the Minecord bot or an external service, such as a Minecraft server
We reserve the right to take any appropriate measure to protect the availability and usability of the bot, including denying users access to the bot.
Third-Party Content
Several bot commands link to third-party content such as Minecraft skins or Minecraft server listings. The bot has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for any third-party content.

Minecord is provided as-is. There are no guarantees that it will be available in the future, and its purpose or availability may be changed at any time.
Unless required by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the bot.
Modifications
We may update the Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated Terms of Service on this site. By continuing to access or use the bot after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
