By inviting the publicly-hosted instance of Minecord to your Discord server, sending commands to the bot, or visiting this website, you agree that you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information according to the Privacy Policy.

This website uses Matomo, an open source, privacy-respecting web analytics platform. Matomo does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), or any information on the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy pages.

• Bot Data

  The information the bot collects is used only for the purposes of providing and improving the bot's functionality. The information may be retained indefinitely to continue providing the bot's functionality.

• Website Data
  This website uses Matomo analytics for the purposes of gauging interest in the bot and finding ways to improve the bot. Matomo does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). Matomo processes the following data:
  
  

  • Anonymized IP addresses (last two bytes stripped)
  • Date and time of visit
  • Title of the page being visited
  • URL of the page being visited
  • URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page
  • Screen resolution
  • Time in local timezone
  • Files that were clicked and downloaded
  • Link clicks to an outside domain
  • Page generation time
  • Approximate geolocation based on the anonymized IP
  • Main language of the browser
  • User agent of the browser

  The analytics data is retained for a maximum of one year. Aggregate metrics (such as number of page views, bounce rate, etc.) may be retained indefinitely.

The data is stored on servers hosted by Endless Hosting in the United States.

Third-Party Content

Several bot commands link to third-party content such as Minecraft skins or Minecraft server listings. The bot has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for any third-party content. If third-party content is violating your privacy, then you should contact the host of that content.

The bot and website link to third-party websites such as NameMC. We advise you to read the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites.

Deletion of Data

If you would like your data deleted, contact us at the link at the bottom of the page.

Modifications

We may update the Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this site.
